My Cell Phone is temporarily out of commission. My house phone has no reason not to be working (846-9551) so that's a fine alternative; however, if I'm not home, good luck!

By the way, I'm going insane!

My dad's is out of state (Washington DC) tonight, which is nothing too odd.
Less than a minute ago, I got a text message (didn't know he did those!) saying, "Goodnight, Sam".

WebMD has become a new frontier for me. somewhat sad and unoteworthy? possibly. will I write more to add sustance to help procure interest  of y'all? no, but maybe soon.

I just woke up from a dream-filled sleep. I don't remember most of it, but here's a brief description of what I remember from one: I was in a roller-derby race, which was taking place in my basement. My competitors were a faceless roller-derby girl and sylvester stallone. I remember it being really hard to control my skate at first, but I adjusted to that by just focusing on skating. I got pretty comfortable doing it and then started grabbing the long series of balloons that surrounded the rink, whose strings tied onto a rope that would thus connect several balloons. as I did this, the center of my basement became filled with random hip-hop personalities who were scattered around, all sitting in armchairs by desks covered in papers. I took this time to tell them that I was ready to record, but they all responded grumpily that they were not done making new beats. I started to go upstairs, to leave them to their work, and it was about then that I woke up.

Come on, body!
Wake up and not be achey and tired!

I tossed a still-burning match into a crowded ashtray. Fearing a Butt Inferno, I came up with a brilliant solution to relieve such feelings; I spat into the ashtray. The match's cinders were no more, and I had, in spitting, blown a decent amount of ash to rush all over my face and hair and neck and shoulders. ewwy.

The Good: I got my cell phone back, so now I can contact the external world again.
The Bad: A bunch of rooms in my house smell like shit and I might go outside soon because the air in this computer room is particularly nasty and I need a breather/a cigarette.
and The Ugly: Um, same problem with "The Bad". It's U-G-L-Y ugly too.

I have started carrying my notebook around with me so that when anything interesting comes to mind, I can record it in there instead of just verbalizing it all to someone who doesn't get it or care to.

I've also decided that, when I have the oppertunity, I am going to make a Camera Obscura Smoking room. If that doesn't sound like the coolest fucking idea, then I don't know what is, BECAUSE I'M A "COOLEST FUCKING IDEA" MACHINE!

Also, I realize that this entry makes me sound really arrogant, but I'm kinda too cool to care about lj entries

I just found a poem the Markie wrote in elementary school:

"Freddy
Here is the story
of Freddy My best
Friend Who ran out
in the traffic And
tHat is the end"

I also found a paper from my elementary school days that says:

"HAPPY-GRAM
To
Sam

I want you to know:
that Sam helps friends read
directions."

Busy day busy day
I worked from 8-12 today and somehow recieved an amazing preformance review despite being minutes late a few mornings and finding that I had accidentally stolen the keys to the bottle recycling machines when I was putting on my apron this morning.
Met with muh therapist, Tiddsy, for the next hour, which was fine.
He dropped me off by Jordan's house (What a pal!) and I hung out with her for the hours that continued to follow. We had a big discussion with her mom about cigarettes, religion, existentialism, religion, and back to cigarettes, AND jordan even let me help clean her room by hanging all of her sweaters and jackets (What a pal!).
My mom, with Markie, picked me up at 6 and we went to the mall. I did not yet get me mam a birthday present (even though tomorrow's the big day) but for roughly $30 I got two lip rings, 12 cds (really just three 4-disc $5 "Jukebox" compilation sets: "Jazz Station", "Jazz Divas", and one of just Ray Charles. not like I'm starting to listen to Jazz or anything) AND (last and kinda least) an iSock for me video iPod (or should I say, my "i'Veseenbetterdays" chuckle chuckle).
Enough of the parenthesis and day summarization,
I'm doing well, feeling good, and off to eat.
Busy day busy day

Current Mood: good

I've been in a really good mood these days.

Yesterday, my mom came back from her adventure in New York City. She left her fancy, black leather messenger bag on the washing machine in the mud room before going upstairs to check her email. It was soon after that I walked into the mud room and smelled something oddly familiar. Upon deep investigation, I found a bag of weed, I estimate that it was a little less than a quarter's worth. With the end of roach inside as well, it appears that my mom had a pretty good time in with her college friends (one of whom is a fashion designer who she helped man a booth with at a giant convention, the other is a big editor at the new york times.)
Sure enough, I pocketed a couple nugs and smoked up with Jordan, Chris, and Callie at the imfamous Spot.

I also finally got called back for one of the jobs I applied to weeks ago. It's Hannaford, which isn't one of the places that I really wanted to work at, but currently, it's way better than nothing (I'm tired of bring the broke one and pretty much oweing my first born to my friends).

Today, I also got the application in the mail to volunteer at Mercy Hospital, and my interview date is set up for the 12th. Nothing's for certain, but I'm pretty psyched for volunteering there if it happens.

I hope 2007 keeps this up.
I'm going to party with my Parliments and watch more of the office on my ipod (best thing I ever got off of someone else's Itunes, besides about half of the music that I have on it as well)

I'm holding back from making a bunch of really odd entries since I realized how odd I was writing. I'm just going to say this:
Sarah and I just finished watching "The Heart is Deceitful Above All Things". I actually had a really tough time getting into the story and then I failed in trying to not watch it until the end. I don't think I have ever been as blown away by the unmerciful rawness of a movie ("Requiem For a Dream" is about the next one down, but while I personally can't relate with the heroin lives of people older than me, Heart is Deceitful I feel people who have gone through childhood, even if not nearly as horribly abused and fucked up the main character, Jeramiah, gets in the movie, the kid's dependancy to the society around him is something very mutual among people.) I can't express how affected I was by this movie

ok, fuck it, Sarah and I are back to Gumby, and Gumby cannot...not be watched.
This was worth your time.

This user review of "The Wizard" on imdb made me laugh-

"I saw this movie for the first time a few years ago and I have loved it ever since! I like the message: you can do whatever you aspire to even if you have a disability like Jimmy's. It was nice seeing the Super Mario Brothers III game, even though it's ancient now, but back then I bet it was like Halo 2 today. My favorite character was Haley because she represented what I would like to be: tough, smart, and sophisticated. My favorite part is, of course, the video game competition. The way they treated it in the movie was like it was the Academy Awards! I know I'll never be that good at video games. My only question is if that video games is seemingly Jimmy's only talent, then what is he going to do when he grows up? You can't exactly be a professional video game player! Oh well, it's still a perfect 10 in my eyes!"

I cannot find my wallet. In it is my ID, and Driver's permit (along with my CBB, O'naturals, blockbuster, and library cards). I really need to find it and I haven't ableto locate it within my house. Now is where you come in. If you think you have any idea where my tweed "magic" wallet is, please let me know.
